Students may send chats privately to me as the meeting host, or to the entire class. To avoid disruptions and distractions, students are not able to send private chats to each other during a meeting.If your child is late, they will be placed into a Waiting Room and admitted individually. No one else can enter the meeting without permission. After class has started, I will have the ability to “lock” the Zoom session.Students can only access their Zoom class when they are logged in on their school email account. Additionally, only authenticated users using an email with our school’s domain can join a Zoom class session.This means that anyone with the meeting link also needs to know the meeting passcode in order to join. All Zoom sessions at require a passcode. As you know, your child’s safety is our top priority, and we want you to feel comfortable knowing how we work to create a secure online learning environment for all our students.
